All persistent contract data is stored in EU data centres located in Frankfurt, Germany (Supabase EU region). AI analysis is processed via Anthropic's commercial API under zero-retention terms — contract content is never stored by the AI provider or used for model training. This architecture keeps all persistent data within the EEA while providing enterprise-grade contract analysis.

No. Custonic has a zero-training-data policy. Your contracts are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Contract content is processed for analysis only and is not retained beyond what is necessary for your account's active monitoring.

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to contract data is governed by role-based access controls. AI analysis is processed via Anthropic's API under zero-retention terms with TLS-encrypted transit. Enterprise plans also support customer-managed encryption keys.

Yes. Custonic is designed to be GDPR compliant from the ground up. We act as a data processor under Article 28, provide a Data Processing Agreement on request, and store all persistent data within EU-resident infrastructure. When Custonic analyses a contract, it identifies the applicable jurisdiction and maps each clause against the relevant regulatory requirements.
