What data we collect

We collect account information such as email, name, and organization; uploaded contracts that are processed for analysis and encrypted storage in the EU; product usage data like visited pages and used features through PostHog EU; and waitlist details including email, locale, and referral source.

How we use your data

We use data to provide contract analysis services, send configured alerts and notifications, and improve the product through anonymized aggregated analytics. We never sell your data, and we never use your contracts to train AI models.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored in the European Union (Supabase EU region). No data leaves the EEA unless you explicitly configure it.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: privacy@custonic.com

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics run through EU-hosted PostHog with anonymized data. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
