Agreement

By using Custonic, you agree to these terms. Custonic is provided by Monrad Ruzt Technology (MRT).

The service

Custonic provides AI-powered contract risk analysis. Analysis is informational and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for legal decisions.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. One organization account may include multiple team members.

Subscriptions and billing

Pricing is displayed on the website. Custonic offers one free scan per verified account with no credit card required. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually. You can cancel renewal at any time; access and payment obligations continue through the current billing period. Enterprise term, volume, cancellation, and overage provisions are governed by the applicable order form. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

You retain all rights to contracts you upload. We use disclosed subprocessors to deliver the service: persistent customer data is stored in Supabase Stockholm, application functions run in Vercel Frankfurt, Vercel Workflow stores encrypted identifier/status payloads plus unencrypted operational metadata in iad1, and contract content is sent to Anthropic for analysis. Contract text, findings and summaries are not placed in Workflow storage. Export and deletion requests follow the privacy policy and applicable law; automatic deletion on account termination is not promised unless stated in an applicable order form.

AI analysis disclaimer

AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Findings should be reviewed by qualified professionals. Custonic is not liable for decisions made based on AI analysis.

Limitation of liability

Custonic follows standard SaaS limitation of liability terms. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tromso, Norway.
