Agreement

By using Custonic, you agree to these terms. Custonic is provided by Monrad Ruzt Technology (MRT).

The service

Custonic provides AI-powered contract risk analysis. Analysis is informational and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for legal decisions.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. One organization account may include multiple team members.

Subscriptions and billing

Pricing is displayed on the website. Custonic offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the current billing period ends. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

You retain all rights to contracts you upload. We process contracts only to deliver analysis services. Contracts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Uploaded files are deleted upon account termination.

AI analysis disclaimer

AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Findings should be reviewed by qualified professionals. Custonic is not liable for decisions made based on AI analysis.

Limitation of liability

Custonic follows standard SaaS limitation of liability terms. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tromso, Norway.
